:) that’s tiny!

Alrighty then, since none of you get this, it’s a reproduction G.I. Joe figure modled after the Land Adventurer from 1974. The Kung Fu Grip is the first grip the G.I. Joe figured ever had where he could hold something. I got kinda bored, so i got him, and made him a tiny Yoda.

How do you know so much about just one action figure?

  Yodamaster wrote @

Heh, watch, in 1970, Hasbro released a Land Adventurer, but in 1774, they re made it with a grip that could hold things, because the old grip couldn’t hold anything. In the remake of this Land Advemturer, they put a rifle with him, but the original came with a pistol. This version is from Hot Topic 2006, and has a Luger pistol. Back to the original though, because in 1979, they made one with moving eyes, and they also made a JC Penny exclusive one, but had no significance to why it was exclusive other than the box. Now, the Land Adventurer is one of the most famed action figures known.

WOW, I said 1774, i really meant 1974, sorry about that!

  Yodamaster wrote @

Now, thats just one of the 7 adventure team members, and trust me, i know my history on EVERY one of them!

  Yodamaster wrote @

plus, theres the 5 frim 1964, and the 8 from 1968, and the reprodictions, and the sets, and the club exclusive figures, AND I know history on ALL OF THEM!

  Yodamaster wrote @

Sorry, i spelled reproductions wrong.

Heh, i got some history behind that astronaut i showed too: In 1968, hasbro new that if they wantedf to keep G.I. Joe popular, they would have to move with the anti military sediment that rocked the nation, so the Adventures Of G.I. Joe series was born. They came out with a few figures, but the most memorable was the Astronaut figure, which also had a Mercury Space Capsule to go with it. This astronaut figure talked. They then RE released the Astronaut as an Adventure Team figure with life like hair, but no king fu grip, as that came later in the 1970s.

  Yodamaster wrote @

But that figure you see in the picture is a G.I. Joe collector’s club exclusive reprosuction that talks, but it is NOT the life like hair version, and he does not have king fu grip.

No offense but G.I joe is dumb but OY is cool

  Yodamaster wrote @

ummm, have you seen the G.I. Joe conventions!? THOUSANDS of people show up to them! It’s way more popular than O.Y., but i love them both. That’s specifically why i’ve done things like the picture up there.

You can’t just tell someone you hate what they sent to Tom! :(

  T.S.F. SuperFolder Yoda wrote @

I think G.I. Joe is real boring. OY is WAY cooler. I should’ve took my picture of my drawing for the contest with my 3DS!

  Yodamaster wrote @

Ok, G.I. JOE is certainly NOT boring, if you knew the history of it, and knew what it was really, then you’d think differently.

  T.S.F. SuperFolder Yoda wrote @

Just talking about it is getting REAL annoying.
