once again,

  AustinM wrote @

Oh no… Did Rabbski get Han and freeze him? Is it Jabba they’re scared of? Or is it the Funtime Meanace? I don’t know, but I NEED this book for my birthday!

  Sf Robby wrote @

Rabbski has jabba. This makes sense because all the kids are basically her slaves. Sara doesn’t have Han Foldo in this doodle. This means that rabbski
took it during class or sometime in school. (I had the rabbski with jabba theory a long time ago, but this is basically adding to that one.)

  Yodamaster wrote @

And she must’ve like put him on a cork board…. so maybe she takes the fw away?

  Yoda wrote @

No she frozee him in Soapanite

  Superfolder Ethan Mon wrote @

Hey you have a good point. Even I wouldn’t have thought of that theory

  StarWarsFreak4537 wrote @

Rabbiski would also need an origami Slave Leia, Salacious Crumb, Gammorean Guard, Rancor, Max Rebo band, Bib Fortuna, Sarlacc, and a few other things as well as Han Foldo in Carbonite if she has Jabba.

  SF Ryan wrote @

Not really…because no one said she would be making her office Jabba’s palace, anyway. Plus, this theory could be wrong: Rabbski hates origami! But this theory puts a whole new spin on things, and got me super excited for the book!

  foldy wan wrote @

above Sara is another person, maybe Dwight.I wonder what he might be thinking?

  Yodamaster wrote @

I think that’s just a test drawing page, because there’s like a random scribble thong on the side of Sara and the FW.

  foldy wan wrote @

how do you know its just a scribble?I think your talking nar-nar, or I am.

  SF TylerM wrote @

yodamaster is right. I think that person is just a doodle of the same thing that he messed up on.

  rfjfrf wrote @

Yeah cause tom doesnt just draw in the book. It may be a draft.

  Tom Angleberger wrote @

That was the draft, but I liked it better than the “final” version. So I scanned in the draft!

  SuperFolder Logan wrote @

I think that is Dwight, take note that Dwight oftens raises his shoulders like that when he’s holding Yoda. Plus, from what I have seen, the others just keep their shoulder’s down.

Also, what the heck is soapanite?

sf nick the great wrote @

i don’t mean to be a Harvey but who cares about the fw becase it was a trik.

  Sf Robby wrote @

Well, me and GFF Max were discussing it on the: Fortune Wookiee Talk Page:SPOILER ALERT, and we found proof that the fw may be real.

1. Sara says that some of the stuff popped into her head. Or popped out of her mouth. Remember when Dwight covered his mouth and OY still talked?

2. The windows on Dwight’s house. In DPSB, Sara said that she got the letter from Dwight’s window because he threw it down. And Dwight KNEW that he threw it down. That means that his mom nailed the windows shut after that. Dwight could’ve given it to Sara before that.

Let me get some more

  Sf Robby wrote @

The fortune wookiee isn’t fake because Dwight’s yoda advice just slips out cause yodas trying to say it and that happened with the big pink story. But max Dwight had no idea what the fortune wookiee was when tommy broke in through the doggy door.

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 7:07 pm
When Tommy said “Thanks for sending the Fortune Wookiee. I’m keeping a case file about it. Do you want to read it?” to Dwight, Dwight said, and I quote, “I don’t know what you mean.”, but what he meant was he didn’t understand why they were making a case file, because even though he gave Sara the FW, he was becoming too normal to think it was “cool” to write a case file about an origami Star Wars character. The quotes are from page 80, so you can read them there.

Like I said, a Jedi Mind Trick.

  Robby wrote @ 12 at 7:20 pm
Just ask Tom if Dwight made it

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 7:41 pm
OK, I will right now. Tom, is the FW real? Read my other comments, please.

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 7:57 pm
Sorry, Tom, what I meant to ask was, did Dwight fold the Fortune Wookiee in TSOTFW?

  breezinator wrote @ 12 at 5:02 pm
As much as I would like to think its real Seriously dude it’s not lol

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 5:48 pm
Believe what you want.

  Robby wrote @ 12 at 3:39 am
I believe it’s real because the vegan advice she said slipped out and so that is like yoda and Dwight but DUDE SARA SAID IT WAS GIRL POWER NOT DWIGHT AND ALSO WHY WOULD SARA MIND TRICK HER SEMI BOYFRIEND?

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 5:24 pm
She Jedi Mind Tricked Tommy to Jedi Mind Trick Harvey, like when OY pretended to be Dwight in DPSB by writing the fake letter. Sorry for people who haven’t read DPSB yet, but if you’ve read TSOTFW, you’ve probably read DPSB.

Tom Angleberger wrote @ 12 at 1:59 pm
No, he REALLY didn’t know what Tommy was talking about..

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 2:01 pm
OK, Robby (the guy I was debating with), you win.

  SF Jackson H wrote @ 12 at 10:09 pm
Cant be fake! When Dwight said “i dont know what you mean” he was just trying not to get back into what got him in trouble in the first place.

  starwarsfanmax wrote @ 12 at 10:22 pm
I thought it was something similar to that, but after my debate with Robby Tom said the Fortune Wookiee (and Han Foldo) were both made by Sara.

  SF Jackson H wrote @ 12 at 4:24 pm
I know, I hadn’t read Tom’s comment when I posted it.

Um Hi Guy wrote @ 12 at 5:15 pm

And who said that sara was the mastermind? Sara did. So I believe that she did tap into the force while making them, and that they are as real as Origami Yoda and Darth Paper.

Robby wrote @ 12 at 1:51 pm

Tom did Sara tap into the force? I think she did

Tom Angleberger wrote @ 12 at 6:18 pm

Dwight thinks she did too, based on a comment he makes in a future book…

Superfolder Anakin Skywalker wrote @ 12 at 1:13 pm

So Dwight’s going to share his feelings on the Fortune Wookiee, maybe even write a chapter but possibly not (in OY4). I am very excited for OY4!

Star Wars Fan Max wrote @ 12 at 12:42 pm

Good thinking! Dwight, Sara, and Harvey are (so far) the only people who have tapped into the Force with their origami. (Harvey said in DPSB that saving Dwight was Darth Paper’s idea, remember? So Darth Paper/Origami Anakin must’ve tapped into the Force) Because in TSOTFW, Tommy said that he made a bunch of Origami Yodas and none of them talked. I mean, Origami Yodas don’t actually talk, but they still give wisdom. Depending on how good you are at tapping into the Force, if you make an Origami Yoda, the advice comes to from the Origami Yoda, and then you say it with your Yoda impression. You don’t come up with it yourself. Sorry, rambling again. But my point is, Tommy said he made a bunch of Origami Yodas himself, but they didn’t provide wisdom. So Sara, Dwight, and Harvey must have some way of putting the Force into their origami. I know Sara came up with the answers, but I think she tapped into the Force with the Fortune Wookiee to provide wisdom. Sorry if that doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Robby wrote @ 12 at 10:22 pm

That’s what I’ve been thinking sence Sara said the vegan advice popped out

Star Wars Fan Max wrote @ 12 at 11:20 pm

Excellent thinking, Robby! Also, Tom, why doesn’t Tommy have the power of putting wisdom into his origami? Why is it just Harvey, Dwight, and Sara (so far)?

Tom Angleberger wrote @ 12 at 1:32 am

So far is the key word(s) there!

Star Wars Fan Max wrote @ 12 at 1:59 am

So other characters will fold origami that has the Force? That’s stooky, Tom! :D Maybe Tommy will be able to put the Force into his origami someday, too. You need a certain knowledge of the Force to put the Force into your origami. I think that before Dwight made Origami Yoda, Dwight got a lot of wisdom from some other origami character, which is how Dwight put the Force into Origami Yoda. Origami Yoda gave Tommy a lot of wisdom, but apparently not enough (yet) for Tommy to put the Force into their origami. As for Harvey and Sara, it was probably some other origami character(s) (but not the origami character that gave wisdom to Dwight) in addition to origami Yoda, because Sara got about the same amount of wisdom from OY as Tommy did, and Harvey didn’t get wisdom from OY at all. Since Harvey didn’t get wisdom from OY, he probably had to get even more wisdom than Sara did.

Um Hi Guy wrote @ 12 at 12:37 am

Makes perfect sense. It also seems that the origami have some residual force within them, as Tommy, when he uses Dwight’s Yoda, seems to be able to, occasionally, use the force as well.

Star Wars Fan Max wrote @ 12 at 12:51 am

Good thinking!
