The sequel to Origami Yoda
comes out in 2011!!

But I can’t tell you the title yet. Why not? Because it’s TOP SECRET until The Big Reveal on Jan. 18. But here’s a hint….

It’ll be one of these guys!

I think Yoda should have someone to face off with, that’s why I voted for Darth Vader, otherwise I would have chosen a Magna-Guard Fighter (other).

My son is having some difficulty with reading, but he loves everything Star Wars, so at his school’s bookfair he just had to get the Origami Yoda book. He was nervous about all the words in the book and thought it may be too hard for him to read, so I agreed to read it first. I was laughing so hard I was brought to tears. My son then couldn’t wait to get his hands on the book and is totally engrossed in it. Thanks for such a humorous and clever book I can’t wait to read Part Two.

VADER! A lot of people dont know who admiral ackbar is, so not him. Vader is the most well know character in Star Wars besides Yoda.

You made an awesome book!! it was extremly funny. I’m working on how to fold the origami yodas. But it’s kinda complacated. plus your art is funny!!!!!! I love tis book. You should make a third one. SORRY I mean third you should make. hope you LOL. That means laugh out loud if you didn’t know.

I read the book, and its one of my favorite books. Instead of having just 1 in the next book harvey should get a gang with the sith,vader,clones,and bounty hunters.But, if you can only have one can it please be darth vader hes so awesome.Imade an origami yoda,it looks like a kind of crumpled one that you drew in the book. This one kid in my school is like harvey he’ll be jealous and try to copy me when he sees it…heh heh heh…..

I think if you add darth vader it will be the incredible! Because they could have an epic clash! I love your book so much that I already read it twice in just two days! I also made my own origami yoda, that is different from the one you show, but, it includes some of the same steps. I even decided to draw a lightsaber on his waist. Thank you for making this book, because, it has opened my imagination even more than it already is!

I think Admiral Ackbar should just say “it’s a trap” every time Yoda gives advice. My son (age 7) Joseph thinks Darth Vader should be in it because Yoda needs someone who is opposite him…good vs. bad! We love the first one and can’t wait till the second!

I actually kinda think that the next book will be based around Chewbacca and Han because I think that Chewbacca was used as a clue to the next book in the first book in the chapter Origami Chewbacca and the Unsigned Detention slips. But that might be a red herring or something.

I’ve been a fan of Star Wars and origami for almost my whole life.

Then one day I saw a picture of an origami Yoda on the Internet. I created my own design for an Origami Yoda finger puppet and soon realized it might make a cool book.

My son (7) is a huge fan of the book. He burned through it in about 5 days. It says a sequel release in 2011. Do you have a time frame? I teach middle school, and I appreciate you looking out for the “boys,” reading is a tough sell at this age.
